Welcome to Meteo Studios. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website, products, and services. By accessing our website or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Meteo Studios provides FiveM server files, scripts, and related services for game modification and roleplay server creation. Our products are built for use with FiveM, a modification framework for GTA V.

All products sold by Meteo Studios are licensed, not sold. You receive usage rights for the purchased product, but Meteo Studios retains full ownership of the code, assets, and intellectual property.

Your license covers use only on your own FiveM server. You may not install, share, or deploy our products on servers you do not personally own or operate. One license is valid for one buyer's own server only.

Redistribution, resale, sharing, or leaking of any Meteo Studios product is strictly prohibited. Violation of this will result in immediate revocation of your license and a permanent ban from our services.

Support is provided exclusively to the original purchaser through our Discord server. We do not provide support through email, social media, or any other channel.

We provide full support for all original Meteo Studios scripts and server files. For third-party scripts you add to your server, we can offer general guidance but cannot guarantee full support.

We do not provide support for leaked, pirated, or unauthorized copies of our products. If your product was obtained outside of our official channels (meteofivem.net or our Discord), we will not assist you.

Support roles and script access are reserved for the original purchaser only. We do not transfer support access to additional people to keep our support efficient and manageable.

Purchase verification must be done with your original order receipt (Tebex or Lemon Squeezy) including the order ID and email used at checkout. We do not accept Cfx.re keymaster assets as proof of purchase, as escrowed assets can be transferred between Cfx.re accounts and do not prove you are the original buyer. If you cannot provide a valid order receipt, we will not grant customer access.

If we detect that a product has been transferred from another account or purchased from a reseller, the license will be revoked and support access denied. The only way to receive support is to purchase directly from meteofivem.net or our official Tebex store.

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable. Once a product has been delivered, we cannot reverse the transaction.

If you experience technical issues with your purchase, contact our support team on Discord. We are committed to resolving any legitimate problems with our products. If the issue cannot be resolved or if you are unable to get the script working despite our best efforts, a refund may be considered at our discretion.

We reserve the right to deny a refund request at any time, for any reason. Reasons include but are not limited to: (1) products that have been transferred to another account, (2) inability to verify your purchase, (3) personal error such as being logged into the wrong account, purchasing a product twice, or making an accidental purchase, or (4) refusal to accept support or cooperate with our efforts to resolve the issue.

Refunds are offered as a gesture of goodwill and at our discretion, as well as to demonstrate our confidence in what we sell. If you do not wish to cooperate with our refund terms, you can instead contact our Merchant of Record. For script purchases, contact Tebex Limited - due to the nature of digital goods, Tebex does not offer refunds for purchases made on their platform (see Tebex Checkout T&Cs). For server purchases, contact Lemon Squeezy.

We do not replace lost assets. Scripts can be re-downloaded from portal.cfx.re and server files from meteofivem.net. We are not responsible if you lose access to your Cfx.re account.

You may use our products on your FiveM server for roleplay, community, or personal use.

You may not use our products for any illegal activity, fraud, or harassment.

You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code from escrowed products.

You may not claim our products as your own work or remove Meteo Studios branding or credits where present.

We are not responsible for any issues that arise from modifications you make to our products. If you modify a script and it breaks, that is your responsibility.

All payments are processed through third-party providers (Tebex, Lemon Squeezy). Meteo Studios does not store or have access to your payment details.

Prices are listed in USD and may change at any time. Price changes do not affect existing purchases.

Discount codes and promotional offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time without notice.

All purchases include lifetime updates for the purchased product. When we release an update, you will be notified on Discord and can download the latest version from your account.

We reserve the right to discontinue a product at any time. If a product is discontinued, existing license holders will retain access to the last available version.

Updates may change functionality, add features, or fix bugs. We aim to maintain backward compatibility but cannot guarantee it in all cases.

Meteo Studios products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that our products will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Meteo Studios is not affiliated with or endorsed by Rockstar North, Take-Two Interactive, or Cfx.re. Our products are third-party modifications created for the FiveM platform.

In no event shall Meteo Studios be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be indicated by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

Continued use of our website and products after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

For significant changes, we will post an announcement in our Discord server.
